How do find the dimensions of your packs?

We use digital calipers to measure our packs and cells. All our dimensions are listed length first, then width, and height last. Below is a photo of how we measured a stick pack. Notice for this type of pack, the room between the wires and the plastic end is accounted for.

Our lipo batteries are fairly simple to figure out if they will fit your vehicle since they are all right angles on the pack. For nimh cells, battery bars sometimes interfere with a chassis, so you should consider that when finding the right fit for your vehicle.

For a 6 cell pack, assembled side by side, the dimensions are 140mm L x 47mm W x 23mm H.
For a 6 cell pack, assembled stick pack style (includes room for wire), the dimensions are 142mm L x 48.5mm W x 25mm H.
For a 7 cell pack, assembled side by side, the dimensions are 163mm L x 47mm W x 23mm H.

The dimensions for a single cell can be seen in the photo below, and if you need the measurements for a custom pack, you can multiply these numbers by the amount of cells in the pack to find the dimension.
