Shipping

Please understand that we are not the shipper and rely on a third party to deliver the products you purchased from us.

USPS: Priority Mail shipments generally take 2-3 business days transit time in the contiguous 48 states. International shipments generally take 6-10 business days. Priority Mail shipments are NOT traceable, however we do email our customers who provide us with a valid email address when we ship their package. The "tracking number" received by email is only a courtesy and not a guarantee that you will be able to track your order online. Also please note that Priority mail packages are not insured against loss or damage. Therefore any package(S) sent this method are at risk. We assume no liability from loss or damages with packages shipped USPS Priority Mail. First Class mail is not trackable or insured and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery outside the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to track orders shipped thru First Class Mail or Priority Mail provided by the USPS. If your order is lost in the mail, there is no way to refund it or find it. If you are ordering outside the US, we suggest that you spend the extra money and chose a more reliable shipping method for your order, such as FedEx.

Warranties

All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of delivery. We will replace defective products or refund purchase price less shipping and handling.
Due to an ever increasing number of vented packs with poor quality solder joints being returned to us, we have modified our warranty/return policy.
This warranty covers packs assembled by Pro-Match or unassembled cells. New unassembled cells should be cycled individually to verify their integrity as once they are assembled by anyone other than Pro-Match Racing any warranty is null and void.

We will replace any cell that will not take a normal charge during the warranty period. Excludes cells that have been overcharged or dead shorted. You must return the dead cell with a copy of the original invoice for replacement. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Due to the volatility of Ni-Cad and Ni-Mh batteries, Pro-Match will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages and or injuries arising out of the use or misuse of these cells.

Lipo Pack Warranty

We will replace any defective Lipo pack for 30 days from original delivery date. This warranty applies only to product that does not take a normal charge. This does not apply to packs that have been overcharged or misused/abused in any way. The strict limitation of this warranty is to replace the defective pack. Warranty/Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. No RMA # is required but all returns must be accompanied with our Request For Service form (click here to download PDF) All returns must have a dated sales receipt/invoice included.

Orders

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow two days processing in addition to shipping time. Although we try to expedite all air shipments, choosing next day air shipping is NOT a guarantee that your order will arrive the following day.
