Shipping

USPS: Priority Mail shipments generally take 2-3 business days transit time in the contiguous 48 states. International Priority Mail shipments generally take 6-10 business days. Priority Mail shipments are NOT trackable, however we do provide USPS with your email address. You will receive an email from them with a confirmation # for customers who provide us with a valid email address when we ship their package. First Class mail is not trackable, insurable, and no delivery confirmation is provided. It can take 3-4 weeks for delivery outside the United States.

Fed-Ex: All Fed-Ex shipments are insured against loss. Tracking information is provided via email when we ship your order. Ground delivery times are shown. Click here for map.

Warranties

Our ni-mh cells come with two guarantees!

We make every effort to make sure the products being sold are free from defects before being shipped. We cycle and load test every battery pack before being shipped. Our batteries come with a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping). After the initial 30 day period up to 6 months from date of delivery we will replace any defective cell at no charge. Return shipping charges apply. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. After testing the returned item(s), we will replace any cell that will not take a normal charge during the warranty period. Excludes cells that have been overcharged or dead shorted. Although we are very fair to our customers, Pro-Match Racing will make the final determination that a defect exists or if the defect was caused by misuse or abuse. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Due to the volatility of Ni-Mh batteries, Pro-Match will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages and or injuries arising out of the use or misuse of these cells.

This warranty only covers packs assembled by Pro-Match or unassembled cells. New unassembled cells should be cycled individually to verify their integrity as once they are assembled by anyone other than Pro-Match Racing any warranty is void.

If you would like to send us a ni-mh battery pack that you have unintentionally damaged or you feel might not be covered by our warranty, please include the Request For Service form along with your credit card information or Paypal address if you have a Paypal account. We will email you the cost of repairs and return shipping.

Lipo Pack Warranty

Due to the fact that Lipo batteries can easily be damged by misuse our warranty for Lipo packs is as follows. We will replace any defective Lipo pack for 12 months from original delivery date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to product(s) that does not take a normal charge, retains less than 75% of the stated capacity, or has swollen ude to a manufacturing defect. This warranty excludes packs that have been misused, have physical damage, have been tampered with/disassembled, the voltage of any cell is below 3.0 volts, or the voltage of any cell exceeds 4.25 volts during the charging process. The strict limitation of this warranty is to replace the defective cells/pack with another pack of equal or better quality/performance. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Due to the extreme volatility of Lipo batteries, Pro-Match will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages and or injuries arising out of the use or misuse of these packs.

Orders

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. All merchandise that is shown in stock is available as we keep inventory control on our web site. You will be notified by email within 24hrs in the rare event an item is out of stock. Please allow up to two business days processing in addition to shipping time. Although we try to expedite all air shipments, choosing next day air shipping is NOT a guarantee that your order will arrive the following day.
